Styles


REDS

Barolo Style
A full-bodied wine with flavours of rich black fruit and chocolate complemented by earthy notes. A rich mouth-feel, youthful tannins and generous amounts of oak will allow this wine short term ageability. Serve with Osso Buco.

Bergamais™
An easy-drinking, lightbodied red wine with flavours of fresh red berries. Serve lightly chilled with pasta and pizza.

Blush
A light, refreshing, sipping wine with flavours of strawberries and raspberries with just a touch of sweetness. Serve with gourmet sandwiches.

Bordailles Rouge™
A medium to full-bodied red wine with aromas and flavours of black currants. Complements grilled red meats.
